People are concerned about the weight loss “stigma” and even though they may be getting great results, they don’t publically admit using what type of product.
And we had many people who keep re-purchasing PhenQ and not giving a positive word on the product. I mean reordering means that it works fine for you. right?
So this brings me to this question, Why do people prefer to not say their positive experience and sometimes they only get motivated if the experience was negative!?
I still often find myself reluctant to tell people about my own best kept “health secret” or even “my budget travel approach”.
Last year, I’ve lost about 30 pounds on simply using fat burners along with traveling and moving around in different countries for 90 days.
When I first lost the weight, I could not wait to tell people how I did it! When someone asked how I lost it, to my great surprise, many would react strangely when I answered them honestly.
I still don’t know if the issue was “it costs money.” Or the person has had a bad experience in the past at some run-down fat burner or got scammed with cheap travel tickets and now thinks they are all like that?
Many gain weight or can’t lose weight when they jump to their 40’s. Facing the feeling of heaviness and helpless to do anything about it.
So I think the more you get older, the more you get depressed and might lose hope with the whole weight loss goal. Not just that, But the mind just debunks any approach or recommendation to weight loss.
Already you have negative history co-related with incompetent dietitians or low-quality fat burner or inconsistent weight loss plan.
Also it’s also cruel to successful people who lost weight, to not share their real solution with them, including me.
It’s really doing a disservice to other people struggling with weight their entire lives. And keep pretending that we are achieving it by simply hitting the gym.
It’s really quite cruel, isn’t it? We owe it to each other to be truthful with people suffering through this painful situation, and share the solution if you know it.
You know our western culture incentivizes people to gain weight – and then stigmatizes them when they do!
Not to put the blame on society and less on ourselves. However, we are very much influenced by the community. To jump into the heart of the main purpose on why I’m writing this article? I would start by quoting this scientific thinking:
‘eating smart is way, way more important than working out”
The realistic translation of this quote is, how to be distracted from food and think about something else?
The trick for me was finding a routine that I actually enjoyed doing and wanted to stick with. It’s vital to let your daily routine be in context with your goal. Not adjusting your goals with your current daily routine. As usual, it would end with discouragement and too many failed attempts. (I gave few examples on that at the end of this article)
Appearance was this studiously undiscussed topic!
You know, usually, the only one who won’t admit you are fat is your MOM. Even if you were 100 pounds extra! Men have much different behavior than women when it comes to appearance.
Women are judged at all times in terms of their appearance, by extension, and weight. More than that, there are some pretty clearly socially defined roles that fat men can slip into: the funny fat guy and the smart fat guy, for instance. As for women, they are just invisible, to be marginalized from the male and female community.
Sorry girls to be so straightforward but that is a blunt ugly fact in our community that would never change. Why am I mentioning this?
Because that’s another reason of weight loss failure attempt. You see, many are pushed by the reaction to the circumstances of the surrounding.
So they look out the internet for a quick magic pill to lose weight. (so they fall as victims to scammers of course) as there is no such thing. Or go for surgery which is not needed and can be overcome by consistency and motivation through changing the daily habits. Example of a common behavior:
Go on a new diet found on the internet -> Lose some weight (yay!) -> The diet is too strict -> Give up -> Regain lost fat, with interest -> Guilt from “failing” -> Go on a new diet . . . repeat the whole thing over again.
Common Quick fixes for weight loss:
- Laparoscopic gastric banding ($17,000-$20,000)
- The Dr. Bernstein Diet ($1,400 every 7 weeks)
- Using PhenQ
Starting With PhenQ, Watch Video
Get PhenQ HERE
Why I’m against Gastric banding and Bernstein Diet
- Immediate results can’t be sustained long-term (90% relapse will occur)
- The plan is too stressful and complicated, so the user gives up soon after starting.
- Can lead to obsessive-compulsive and disordered eating habits
You see there is no such thing I will follow this diet and lose weight.
The idea of doing a diet, or a system, or an event to lose weight inherently contains the knowledge that you will be “on the program” and then you will be “off the program.”
There are an extremely small percentage of individuals who actually reach their desired goal and then stay that way for the rest of their lives.
What happens is that you go on the system, tough it out for however long is recommended, or that you can stand, and then you’ll go off and default back to the behaviors that got you overweight in the first place.
This process, (called yo-yo dieting) can happen over and over. I’ve met so many individuals who sit down with me on the first visit and say, “I did the __________ diet, and it worked great!” So of course my response is, “it would only have worked great if you weren’t here in complaining about your weight gain!”
A small scientific story or study that I would like to share with you:
Confused, right!? To make it simple let’s start by reasons your body will not let you lose weight:
- Stress is the silent killer, it induces Cortisol secretion that degrades muscle tissue and encourages the storage of body fat. SO NOT STRESS PLEASE.
- GH pretty much has the opposite effect of cortisol on the body—it encourages fat loss. However you can never have enough GH by SLEEP DEPRIVATION.
- Your liver is responsible for the metabolism of fat, which means fat cannot be metabolized as efficiently when your liver has to work twice as hard to remove toxins. This happens when you feel thirsty and simply NOT DRINK WATER.
- ALL THE NEW BEVERAGES—the carbonated beverages, the pasteurized milk and so forth, and the fruit juices that are shipped in box[es], then quick crated, and we see a new generation. But even up to 1950 we consumed very few calories from beverages and in the last 60 years, we’ve gone from consuming almost no calories from beverages to a fifth of our caloric intake in the U.S!
My last tip on personal secrets to my weight loss journey:
Take care of your gut bacteria!
An early hint that gut microbes might play a role in obesity came from studies comparing intestinal bacteria in obese and lean individuals.
In studies of twins who were both lean or both obese, researchers found that the gut community in lean people was like a rain forest brimming with many species but that the community in obese people was less diverse—more like a nutrient-overloaded pond where relatively few species dominate.
Lean individuals, for example, tended to have a wider variety of Bacteroidetes, a large tribe of microbes that specialize in breaking down bulky plant starches and fibers into shorter molecules that the body can use as a source of energy.(source)
Here is a 2 step guide on to grow a healthy diverse gut bacteria (same in lean bodies):
1- Consuming naturally fermented foods (yogurt, Quraish cheese, kefir) not only supplies the gut with more of these desirable microorganisms, but the extra acidity they create helps to support the bacteria that are already there.
2- Probiotic supplements are a convenient way to deliver additional beneficial bacteria to the gut because they don’t require any cooking or meal planning, plus they’re easy to take with you if you’re going out for dinner or on a trip. The only catch is making sure you choose the right product.
Enhance your metabolic rate!
There are nearly millions of articles on how to increase metabolic rate. If you look closely to my approach please seek to listen to your body before you act.
Just boosting up your metabolic rate without gradually taking it up step by step will lead to a disastrous approach to your long-term weight loss!
With a good smart eating habit (means eating more frequently in less amounts and more fiber content) this will lead to a noticeable increase in the metabolic rate.
Once you go for this, be consistent, for at least for a week. Train your metabolism, as like training your baggy biceps, when lifting a 10 pound dumble for the first time.
The role of fat burners (e.g PhenQ or any other pills) is to enhance the metabolic rate but it never works as the major metabolic enhancer and big mistake if you only relied on pills to increase your metabolic rate.
It’s a mixture of (healthy eat+exercise+fat burners).
Just remember always be consistent, never let the community affect your reaction and always remain calm.
You will achieve your goal and find a great deal of happiness after the consistent dedication. Share your thoughts and tell us if you have a hidden secret that led to your weight loss success!
